Rich Anderson, Proven Leadership

April 20, 2009 8:31 am

Republican Rich Anderson is looking to join the Virginia State House of Delegates, but this isn’t the first time he’s held positions of leadership.

Anderson retired in 2009 as a 30-year uniformed veteran of the United States Air Force. He was a Colonel and served as senior Military Advisor to the Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force, as well as a senior Military Assistant in the Office of the Secretary of Defense. In additon, Anderson commanded Titan II Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) combat crews; led and operated a Minuteman II ICBM squadron, missiles, and launch crews; and was a senior leader at Strategic Air Command Headquarters, U.S. Atlantic Command Headquarters, and U.S. Pacific Command Headquarters.

In these tough times, it’s leaders like Rich Anderson we need to look to. He’s tested and ready to lead!
